        LYCS Architecture, founded in 2011, is an internationally recognized and diversified architecture design firm. With a fun and adventurous attitude, LYCS dedicates itself to providing innovative designs and high-level professional services for the working and living style of people in high-density cities. LYCS’s major design types cover working, studying, living and retailing spaces, with the scope of service including urban planning, architecture, interior and FF&E design. The projects currently undertaken by LYCS are located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and other places.

        The design works of LYCS Architecture have been featured in New York Times、Time magazine、CCTV、Forbes magazine and other internationally renowned media, and ranked first in the top ten Chinese emerging design offices selected by ArchDaily, the world’s largest architecture media.         The team of LYCS Architecture consists of nearly 100 designers with the international perspective and the abundant local design experience. They have obtained master’s and bachelor’s degrees in architecture from Harvard University, Princeton University, Tsinghua University and other well-known universities at home and abroad. Its core members also teach in The Harvard Graduate School of Design and China Academy of Art.         O 建筑主创设计师 PROJECT ARCHITECT

        1. 建筑学专业、本科及以上学历;985、211及有国外留学背景优先考虑;

        2. 至少3年工作经验，且有1年以上项目负责经验;

        3. 会Rhino者优先考虑;

        4. 良好的沟通能力和理解能力，有强烈的责任心;

        5. 具备良好的团队合作能力、项目执行能力、项目统筹能力。

        1. Major in architecture with at least a bachelor’s degree; those graduating from the “985” and “211” universities or having ever studied abroad are preferred.

        2. At least 3 years of working experience and 1 year of executive experience as a project leader.

        3. Those good at Rhino are preferred.

        4. Good skills for communication and understanding with a strong sense of responsibility are required.

        5. Good capacity for team work, project execution and co-ordination.

        O 建筑主创设计师(地产线)Project Architect in Real Estate

        1. 建筑学专业、本科及以上学历;985、211及有国外留学背景优先考虑;

        2. 至少3年住宅类项目工作经验，并且有过完整负责大型地产商项目的经验，熟悉地产项目设计流程，熟悉规范，有公建项目经验的优先考虑;

        3. 良好的沟通能力和理解能力，有强烈的责任心;

        4. 具备良好的团队合作能力、项目执行能力、项目统筹能力;

        5. 有意愿从事地产住宅类项目的优先考虑。

        1. Major in architecture with at least a bachelor’s degree; those graduating from the “985” and “211” universities or having ever studied abroad are preferred.

        2. At least 3 years of working experience in residential projects, a complete experience in charge of large real estate projects, and a comprehensive knowledge of the design process of real estate projects and regulations; those having the specific working experience in public construction projects are preferred.

        3. Good skills for communication and understanding with a strong sense of responsibility.

        4. Excellent capacity for team work, project execution and co-ordination.

        5. Good willing to work on residential projects is preferred.

        O 建筑中后期设计师 Development Architect

        1. 专科及以上学历;建筑学专业背景优先考虑;

        2. 本职工作经验至少3年，有1年以上团队负责人经验最佳，有大型甲级设计院工作经历者优先;

        3. 有较强的建筑中后期图纸的深化设计能力;

        4. 具有良好的沟通能力和理解能力，能够较好地理解设计师的设计理念和意图;

        5. 熟悉建筑规范与建造工艺，有工地经验。

        1. At least a Bachelor’s degree; those with a background in architecture is preferred.

        2. At least 3 years of working experience in this position; those with more than 1 year of experience as a team leader are the most suitable, and those have the working experience in a large A-Class design institute is preferred.

        3. Excellent capacity for deepening the design of drawings in the middle and late stage of architecture.

        4. Good skills for communication and understanding, and good at understanding the design concept and intention of the designer.

        5. Familiar with architectural regulations and techniques, and having the specific working experience in construction site.

        O 室内主创设计师 Project Interior Designer

        1. 建筑、环艺、室内设计或相关专业背景，建筑学专业背景者优先;

        2. 五年及以上工作经验，有设计院工作经历者或售楼处、样板房等房地产项目经验者优先;

        3. 强烈的责任心、有较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力和项目执行能力;

        4. 有较好的美学修养和设计造型能力;

        5. 对建筑空间有自己独到的理解，有深化设计能力者优先;

        6. 会Rhino者优先考虑。

        1. Major in architecture, environmental design, interior design or other related disciplines; those with a professional background in architecture are preferred.

        2. A minimum of five years of working experience, preferably with the working experience in design institutes or real estate projects such as sales offices and show flats.

        3. A strong sense of responsibility, and good skills for communication, team work and project execution.

        4. Good aesthetic taste and skills for design and modelling.

        5. A unique understanding of architectural space; those having the capacity to deepen design are preferred.

        6. Good at Rhino is preferred.

        O 建筑或室内助理设计师 Assistant Architectural/Interior Designer

        1.建筑、环艺设计或相关专业本科及以上学历;

        2.良好的建筑理论素养，和良好的建筑表现及表达能力;

        3. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力，能够配合快速的工作节奏;

        4. 有境外留学、工作背景者，良好的英文交流能力者优先考虑;

        5.会Rhino者优先考虑。

        1. At least a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, environmental design or other related disciplines.

        2. Good features in architectural theories and fine skills for the architectural presentation and expression.

        3. A strong sense of responsibility and good skills for team work; having the ability to work with a fast pace.

        4. Preferable with a background of studying or working abroad, and good skills for communication in English.

        5. Familiarity with Rhino will be considered as an advantage.

        O 建筑或室内实习生 Architectural/Interior Design Intern

        1. 建筑、环艺、室内或相关专业在读本科及以上;

        2. 对室内设计的尺寸比例的深化和人体工程学熟识者优先考虑

        3. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力;

        4. 会Rhino者优先考虑，实习期3个月以上。

        1. At least a Bachelor’s degree in architecture, environmental art, interior design or other related disciplines.

        2. Excellent familiarity with the deepening of dimensional proportions of interior design and ergonomics will be considered as an advantage.

        3. A strong sense of responsibility and good skills for team work.

        4. The good ability to operate Rhino is preferred, and the internship will last for at least 3 months.
